Acute evolving transmural myocardial infarction, acute deep vein thrombosis, acute pulmonary embolism, acute arterial thrimbosis or embolism, occlusion of arteriovenous cannulae.
- Dosage & Administration
Acute evolving transmural myocardial infarction:
- I.V. Infusion : 1,500,000 IU streptokinase is made up in 100 mL of physiological saline or glucose solution over 30-60 minutes.
- Intracoronary infusion: 25,000 to 50,000 IU streptokinase is made up in 100 ml of physiological saline or glucose solution and administered over 30 to 60 minutes.
